A few weeks ago I posted about a video I was working on in the deep dark depths of some woods near Redruth. Well all the hard work of one long day of filming has been edited into a video for the Levellers new single Mutiny. This project was great fun to work on and although it was a long day and I fell into a badger hole it was totally worth it!

My alarm went off at 5am this morning, but happy to report it was worth it. I had to be on set this morning for 7am for a full days worth of filming over two locations in Cornwall for a Levellers music video. Seven actors were transported back to 1917 and really looked the part.
My role involved the usual general production type duties which I love, and capturing sound on location. I must say I have definitely got achey boom arm again this evening but it was great fun, cast and crew came from all around and I thoroughly enjoyed the long day we all had together. I also finally got to film at the illusive Helston prison I’d heard so much about previously. The video is due to be completed towards the end of the year and I’ll post again when it’s available.
Thanks must go to Rich Mulryne for asking me to help out. A few years back I worked with him and Tim Connell on another video project and it was great to be working together again, even though we all live further away from each other now, lets hope this isn’t the last time!
